Korea has some of the best Break Dancing B-Boys in the world I quickly learned why. One of the guys I was training with, 'Physicx' holds the world record for most elbow spins at 17 revolutions! It was an honor to spend the afternoon with these guys and although I never really caught on, it was incredible to just be with them and watch their bodies do things I never thought possible.
Maybe I should add Break Dancing to my list of New Year's resolutions.
